Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

We want you to love your purchase! That’s why we accept returns for both opened and unopened products, provided they meet the following conditions:
